QuartzPioneer is a free social entertainment platform. It is not a gambling service, a gaming site in any regulated provincial sense, or a real-money platform of any kind. All credits within the platform are virtual tokens with no monetary value. You cannot deposit real money, withdraw virtual credits as money, or exchange credits for any prize, good, service, or monetary equivalent.
The five-column round format used on this platform is a presentation layer only. The outcomes are generated by a client-side random number function for entertainment purposes. The game does not replicate the mathematical properties of a regulated gaming machine.
By using QuartzPioneer you confirm that you understand these terms and that you do not expect, and cannot legally claim, any monetary outcome from your use of the platform.
QuartzPioneer is available exclusively to persons who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement exists regardless of the minimum age of majority in your jurisdiction. We require active age confirmation on each new session via an interstitial gate, which we store as a first-party cookie for 180 days.
If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use this platform and must leave immediately. If you are a parent or guardian who believes a minor has accessed this platform, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist with any technical measures available to us.
We do not use age verification services and cannot independently verify your age beyond your self-confirmation. By confirming you are 18+ you are making a binding declaration.
QuartzPioneer does not operate under any provincial gaming licence, nor does it require one, because no monetary consideration is involved. Under the Criminal Code of Canada (RSC 1985, c. C-46), the key element of "gambling" requiring licensure is the exchange of money or monetary value as a condition of play or as a prize. No such exchange occurs on this platform. Virtual credits are granted freely, reset freely, and cannot be transferred or converted.
Manitoba's gaming regulatory framework, as administered by the Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation, does not apply to free-play social entertainment software. This statement does not constitute legal advice — if you have specific legal concerns about social gaming in your jurisdiction, please consult a lawyer.
You may not use QuartzPioneer to: attempt to extract, monetize, or trade virtual credits through any external mechanism; interfere with the platform's operation through automated tools or scripts; reverse-engineer the game logic for commercial purposes; impersonate QuartzPioneer or its team; or use the platform in any way that would violate applicable Canadian law.
We reserve the right to block access from IP addresses or regions that consistently violate these terms, with or without notice. Because there is no user account, blocking is accomplished at the network level only.
All content on QuartzPioneer — including the game code, CSS styling, symbol artwork, brand name, logo, and written copy — is the intellectual property of QuartzPioneer's operators unless otherwise noted. Bootstrap Icons are licensed under the MIT License. Font files are served under the Google Fonts SIL Open Font License. Symbol artwork is custom work developed by the QuartzPioneer studio under art-deco-brass microstyle.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any portion of this platform without written permission. Personal, non-commercial screenshots for social sharing are permitted provided QuartzPioneer is credited.
QuartzPioneer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We are not liable for: any loss of virtual credits due to technical failure; any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use or inability to use the platform; or any reliance you place on information provided on this platform.
Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid to use QuartzPioneer — which is zero, because the platform is free. This limitation does not affect rights you may have under Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Statement. Cookie usage is described in our Cookie Policy. By using QuartzPioneer you accept these documents as part of these Terms.
We take responsible play seriously. Our full guidance is on the Play Safely page. By using QuartzPioneer you acknowledge that: the platform resembles real-money gaming visually; this resemblance does not constitute an invitation to engage in real-money gaming; and if you experience any compulsion associated with gaming-style software, you should seek the help resources listed on our Play Safely page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of QuartzPioneer that cannot be resolved through direct contact with us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation that cannot be limited by these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of QuartzPioneer after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
